Dixie's Studio Photo Shoot
Dixie showed how well she does around people today. We had Laura Winking, Pat Stanley, and Lloyd Higuera, the crew from DAWG TALES, filming a segment in our studio while I photographed her and Nicole Lough handled her on set, and Dixie was very well behaved. This girl has gorgeous eyes and is plenty huggable.
You can feel privileged in knowing that if you adopt Dixie, you will be graced by the presence of a movie star.
Probably the most important thing I have learned from my experience in photographing the homeless pets from the shelter is that how they present themselves in a shelter environment is often very different from how they would behave in a home. The best thing to do is to find a dog who fits your needs, and give him or her a spin. It may work out better than you could have imagined... just like today's photographs. I didn't need to do much more than to crop and sharpen them, because they were just what I hoped for straight from the camera.
