RATES:
- Due to individual clients and assignments requiring different amounts of time and attention, I charge an hourly rate of $25, which includes all labor, such as pre-consultation meetings, photo shoots, post-processing, ordering products, and communications.
- Prints are available in varying sizes, as well as special product orders, such as frames, albums, prints on mugs, key chains, and magnets at extra cost. A CD or DVD can be burned with the images chosen from the gallery. The cost is determined by the number of images purchased. All orders are fully customizable to your needs.
- If the job assignment is outside of a 50-mile radius of Apache Junction, Arizona, travel expenses will be added.
- All images remain the copyright of Wesla-Hayden Photography unless a copyright release is purchased. Please remember it is illegal to scan, copy, or reproduce my work in any manner. You can contact me at wesla.hayden@gmail.com if you wish to purchase a copyright release.

Pre-Shoot: On the phone or via email we will discuss what you’d like to do. Examples of things I’d like to know in advance of a pet photo shoot:
- Do you want pictures of just your pet(s) or people and pets together? (We can do both.)
- How many pets and/or people need to be photographed?
- Breed and coloring of pet(s)?
- Do you have a specific location for the shoot in mind?
- Does your pet know any tricks?
- Does your pet have any clothing or costumes you’d like them to wear?
- It helps if your pet can be groomed before a shoot.
- Please bring your pet’s favorite snacks and toys to the shoot. (We have some available if you forget.)
- People should wear solid colors or simple prints. We want viewers of the photograph to notice you and not distracting patterns on your clothing. Exceptions would be for artistic photos in which the clothing is part of the artwork.
- If you want a photo of you holding your pet, choose a different color shirt from the color of your pet.
Shoot Day: Bring whatever props, treats, pet toys, collars, leashes and accessories you want to use. If people are going to be included in the shots, feel free to bring a sampling of your wardrobe so you can change your look throughout the shoot. If your pet is having a hard time sitting still, I’ll take some action shots and request your assistance in holding your pet for some still shots. I will take well over a hundred photos, and pare them down to the very best after the shoot.
Post-Shoot: I’ll need a few days to perform post-processing, and provide you with a set of proofs to choose from. Printing time depends on the printer, which can vary based upon special orders. Prints will be available to you after I approve the printing job.
